If you're not satisfied with your H2O diffuser, you can return it within 14 days of purchase, provided it’s unused and in original packaging. To start a return, contact customer support with your order details. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or defective. To use our H2O Diffuser, fill the tank with water (and optional self chosen perfumes), connect it via USB, and press the power button. Choose continuous or intermittent mist and set the shut-off timer to 4 or 6 hours. Activate the LED lights for ambiance and enjoy. After use, empty and clean the tank to maintain performance. Always use on a flat surface and avoid overfilling.
